Abdinasir Yusuf Haji-Green is the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of Puntland. He leads the ministry’s efforts to strengthen disaster preparedness and response, coordinate humanitarian assistance, and build resilience for communities affected by natural disasters, displacement, and other emergencies. He works closely with government institutions, development partners, and humanitarian organizations to improve emergency response systems and promote sustainable recovery across Puntland.
